The bid of the suspended Chairman of the APC, Adams Oshiomhole to have his suspension rescinded has suffered major set back.
The Court of Appeal declined to hear the case this refusing to upturn the suspension based on the appeal filed by Oshiomhole.
Speaking to journalists after the filing of the appeal, Oshiomhole said, “We have approached the court and the court has said we have to wait. So we have to wait.”
Oshiomhole is fighting for his political life as he’s at loggerhead with Godwin Obaseki, Governor of Edo State.
More than two-third of the governor under APC have agreed for Oshiomhole to go.
He’s serving his suspension and the major structure of the party has been pulled away from him.
